How to request account deletion

1. Send an email to info.myschoolbd@gmail.com from the email address or referencing the mobile number registered in the app.
2. Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request.
3. In the message, include your full name and the registered mobile number used in the app, so we can verify that the request is yours.

We verify each request to protect against unauthorized deletion, then process it within 30 days of verification.

What data is deleted

When your account deletion request is completed, we delete:

• Your account and login credentials (mobile number and PIN).
• Your personal profile information.
• Documents and photos you uploaded that are associated with your account.
• Messages and notifications tied to your account.

What data may be retained

Some information may be retained where the school or law requires it:

• Official student academic and attendance records are part of a school's institutional records. These belong to the school and may be retained by the school as part of its official record-keeping, independent of your personal account.
• Records we are required to keep for legal, audit, or security purposes may be retained for the period required by applicable law, after which they are deleted.
